Hey! Its me Nutmeg Powder. Proud of: My earthy, nutty flavour and versatile culinary usage. Premium quality, natural, whole nutmeg with shell is sourced from the farms of Idukki, Kerala. The nutmeg is transported to the factory where processing commences. The spice is hand cleaned, tapped to ascertain wholesomeness and removed from shell and passed through stringent other quality checks to ensure bulk density and purity parameters are met. After being hand sorted and cleaned, the spice is freshly machine ground into powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers. The final step is mixing in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
